Order completion time: (Completion time does not include shipping time- that will depend of shipping option chosen)
Boutique Orders are processed with 12-72 hours of check out during weekdays. Weekend orders will be processed as stated above starting with the next business day.
Custom & Monogrammed orders are started once invoices are paid. Depending on the items ordered completion time varies from 3-14 Business days. (Tumblers are 14 business days.)
Wholesale- Depending on the items ordered completion time varies from 3-14 Business days.
Due to the fast processing times, once you have checked out/paid invoice we are unable to cancel your order.
All sales are non-refundable
Shipping & Handling fees are final.
All Jewelry, Accessories, Health & Beauty, Sale & Holiday Items are FINAL SALE-NON-RETURNABLE
Returned orders will result in an exchange or could result in a merchandise credit if sizing or availability is not there. Please see below for details of what purchase is eligible for returns.
NON-CUSTOM BOUTIQUE ORDERS:
Because all items are custom made and personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we made a mistake on your personalization. It is extremely important that you double check the spelling, color choice, monogram, etc. on all orders before submitting an order. (Monogram letters go in order of: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, MIDDLE NAME.)
We are not responsible for refunds/exchanges due to sizing.
We cannot issue refunds based on cancelled weddings and/or events.
**Please note that actual colors may vary, as all monitor/screen display settings are different. We are not responsible for replacing items because you aren't satisfied with the color choice. Please message us if you'd like more pictures of the item or help with choosing your color.
When possible we will do our best to provide first hand input on the listing of the item. If you need help determining your size, we'd be happy to send a size chart and discuss how the fit was for us prior to your ordering.
Damages/Errors- If you believe your item has an error or arrived damaged please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the error/damage of item and photo of the box. We will gladly resolve any issues and send a replacement your way if it is our error and gladly help with processing a damage report with the Post Office. Please see Shipping section for information on insurance.
Decals- I do not offer refunds due to misplacement of a decal or if the decal was applied incorrectly. Application instructions are sent with each decal. Please follow these directions to apply decals easily and correctly. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me prior to applying the decal.
We are not responsible for damages done to items due to the misuse of or failing to follow the proper care instructions for that item. Clean & Care Instructions are provided with all custom-made order.
SHIPPING: We use USPS Ground, First Class and Priority mail. Decals do not automatically come with tracking, but a shipping upgrade is offered. All other orders automatically come with tracking, which will be provided to you once item is shipped. (unless tracking is opted out of for a lower rate at checkout online) Free Shipping is shipped Ground or First Class 3-7 day shipping unless upgraded to Priority. Orders over $100 get free upgrade to Priority 1-3 day shipping.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates; we can only guarantee the day that it ships.
Blue Birds Boutique & Graphics LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS. Packages shipped Priority Mail will have $50 insurance, if you wish to increase that amount please message me and I will provide pricing options.
PAYMENTS: We use PayPal, credit cards through PayPal direct checkout options, Shopify checkout and Stripe processing. On my Facebook page, custom orders & flash sales will be manually invoiced from PayPal. Orders not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled. Flash Sale invoices not paid within the sale price deadline will no longer be subject for that sale price.
